Why Choose ej4?

If you are doing your due diligence and researching different eLearning training providers, we are happy you have found ej4. We genuinely want to make sure you find the right partner to solve your pain points and change behaviors with the right training. Things like high employee turnover, increased safety or harassment incidents, or the lack of soft skills with new hires.

Periodically, ej4 hires a third-party to conduct Win/Loss interviews to provide insights into our products, services, and processes, and how they align with the needs in the marketplace. We want to know what we are doing right so we can keep doing it. And we want to know how we can improve because we are a training company and improving behavior is our livelihood!
