Regional Account Manager
ej4 is seeking an experienced executive sales representative with a background in selling complex enterprise solutions to the mid-market and Fortune 500 accounts.
The position is responsible for development and implementation of strategies for maintaining and penetrating existing and/or new accounts, and for executing those strategies through customer calls, office visits, needs assessment, and follow up activities in order to maintain, enhance, and expand customer relationships.
The position is responsible for gathering data and information to be used in the selling process, documenting customer relationships, and assisting customers in analyzing problems while proposing ej4 solutions.
An ej4 Regional Account Executive places the highest value on customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and producing superior customer satisfaction. They effectively use internal and external systems and tools to manage and work opportunities, contacts, and daily sales activities while managing client relationships to optimize growth, retention and profitability.
